Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, we do our best to accommodate walk-ins based on availability. If you're experiencing pain or have an urgent concern, give us a call first so we can make room for you as soon as possible.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Just bring a valid ID and any health information you think might be helpful. If you have past dental records or X-rays, feel free to share them — but they’re not required.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept most major dental insurance plans, including Medicare, GEHA, Delta Dental, Delta Dental Premier, MetLife and Anthem. If you’re not sure whether you're covered, feel free to give us a call. We’re happy to help check your benefits before your visit.
What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
No problem at all. Life happens. Just give us a quick call or shoot us a message at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll help you find a new time that works.
Can I bring children with to my appointment?
To ensure patient safety, minimize liability, and maintain a quiet, comfortable environment for our adult patients, children under 12 years of age who are not receiving dental treatment are not permitted to accompany parents into the treatment area. We kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Do you offer sedation for anxious patients?
Absolutely. We understand dental anxiety is real, and we're here to make your experience as stress-free as possible. We offer calming techniques and sedation options depending on your needs.
