After Icon Infiltration, there is little to no downtime, but good habits help protect your results long term. For the first 24 hours, it's best to avoid highly pigmented foods and drinks that could reintroduce discoloration while your enamel settles. Stick to lighter colored foods and drink plenty of water to help keep your teeth clean and hydrated.
Continue brushing twice daily with a soft bristle toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste to maintain enamel health.
